Mac OS User Tabbing
For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:
Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.
Additional settings for Safari Browser.
Open Safari Preferences:
Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.
Thanks to generous donors at Knollwood Elementary School for raising $161 for Buddy Ball in honor of Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month! Eisenhower Principal Vincenzo Stio, center, who leads the Buddy Ball program, accepted the donation from the Knollwood Autism Acceptance Committee, from left, Heidi Sierra, Donna Saultz, Megan Onorato, Terri-Lynn Radigan, Sarah Aboudara, and Knollwood Principal Brian Voigt. Buddy Ball is a free physical activity program for all students with special needs regardless of physical or mental disabilities. Participants learn an array of sports and fitness skills from parent and student volunteers in an encouraging atmosphere that promotes socialization amongst peers.
